Add Scoutcard for new revivals that use old cards

Description

I don't have a way to have cards in multiple scouts.

  • Create a lookup table scoutcards.
  • Create a new scout type revival-old
  • If the scout is of the type revival old, pull from the lookup table

Was stuck for a while on how to access the pivot table correctly. Ended up using this:
