User adding card data/suggestions

Description

right now the suggestions are in a separate UI

  • have it so any user can just edit the main fields, maybe after some requirements, add one card/couple days old
  • that user sees all that data
  • the data also goes to the moderation queue
  • once that is approved, everyone can see the data
